Thank you Savant.

As you are aware of my strategies. I am more than willing to be as patience as required.

However, I have noted your suggestions and would purchase them at dips so as to maximise my profits.

Thanks

Hi anant,
Thanks for the beautiful work you have done, one question I want to ask is we will create the watch list only when the new list is posted by Savant Sir we don't need to create every time new watch list only need to change the name right ? After the new list need to delete name of the stock which is exist in the previous list and will start adding new list please correct me if am wrong, sorry if is stupid question.

Thanks
balram
Dear Balram,

You need to create a watchlist for all the stocks which generate triggers on the same day. If Savantji posts another list on a subsequent day you have to create a second watchlist and if one more list comes on some other day then create a separate list for that day. This is because of two reasons:

1. When a new list is posted there may be still many stocks in your first list which have not yet hit SL or target. So, you need to retain them. As the updater works for a particular buying date you can not mix stocks bought on different days in one list. You need to maintain separate lists.
2. It is easier to track all the stocks bought on same day in a separate report for each buying day rather than putting all in one report. Programming the AFL to take different dates of buying and apply to a single list is not possible.

You remove only those scrips from a watchlist which hit stoploss or when Savantji tells that it is out. Even if a target is hit it remains in the list because you will get new SL and targets for it to track further.

In essence, therefore, you should not delete any watchlist till all the stocks in that list are out. You have to maintain different lists for different buying dates.

I hope I am clear in my explanation. For further clarification please post your question without hesitation. Do not think your question is silly. You will learn only by asking.

HI ANant,

can u post the word document about the UPDATER file or mail it to me at chaitanyagoa (at) yahoo(dot)co(dot)in.

Also i think we have too have the Amibroker software for this..... Do we have to buy this or it is available for Free?

Thanks
Hi Chaitanya,

AmiBroker is not free, you have to purchase it. It is available in India by paying in Indian currency. You can get the details from one of the ads that you see at the top in this forum itself. A trial version is available but it will not update or save any changes you make. You can try it with only those stocks which are included in it for trial. No data update allowed in trial version. If you are serious about trading it may not be too expensive in the long run. There are a few other free software available where you can do updating, saving etc. But they have their own limitations. Everything that comes free has its own limitations. In fact nothing comes free in real sense, Except Savantji's advice and recommendations and guidance from learned seniors in this forum.

I will send you the document this week end.
