Stocks To Keep A Close Eye On

Hi Sundar,

Have Already Stated Earlier That Some Retracement Is Necessary For Healthier & More Sustainable Up Move In The Future.

While It Would Have Been Preferable For A More Gradual One, But Then It Is Not Surprising In Present Days Of T20.....& It May In All Probability, Be Exactly Like T20.

Use Next Couple Of Days BUY On Dips In Small Quantities, Deploying Perhaps 25-35% Of Available Capital.

Applies To Everybody Who Have Similar Queries.

Hi L2T,

Long Time, No See, I Also Notice That You Have Landed Yourself In Athens...:)

List Of Stocks Is Not Necessary, Keep A Track Of The Stocks That Have Retraced The Most, Will Bounce Back With The Same Speed, After Tuesdays Close Will Check On What Can Be Bought.

Dear Savant

Few Things To Read Through Before Putting Any Queries.

a) I Have Already Voiced Several Times, Correction Of 1200 Points On Sensex Is Long Overdue & Reasons For The Same Also Given Just As Many Times.

b) For All Triggers Target & S/Ls Are Explained & Is In Place.

c) If, One Cannot Handle A Few Days Of Downside, There Is Not Much I Can Do About It & Perhaps One Should Think Through About Being In The Market.

d) BUY On Dips Or Retracement Has Been Explained Before.

Hi Anant,

I tried again the Updater.txt file on page 340. Since you have got the report right I must be doing something wrong. Am I using the right AFL. If not could you please post the AFL which generated the report in your next post

Thanks & Regards
ken
Hi Ken,

The latest version of Updater is available on page 340. It was uploaded on 6-6-09. You have to download it in your 'AmiBroker\Formulas\Custom' directory and rename it as 'Updater.afl'. I hope you have done all this.

The output shown in my previous post was generated from this file. I myself downloaded it, even though I have the copy, just to see if any thing is wrong with the uploaded copy. The same downloaded afl has given the ouput posted earlier. Therefore, there is no problem with it.

I do not know where you are setting the Buy Date. The attached screen shot shows how to set the Buy Date. Please try it and report.

Regards

-Anant
