Thanks Anant,

Learnt something new today. I was changing the parameter by right clicking and changing the date on the Parameter. I thought it will hold good for explorations.

Now coming to the next step we can get the buy price can we get the buy date instead of maintaining different watch lists.

We can also create a column for the No of share which was in your first report. I think Savanthji has assigned Rs 10000 per scrip. We can have the flexibility of selecting the amount on each scrip. Then a column one for stoploss and target. I think Sanvantji has not yet told you his method of stop loss which you were not clear about. I searched for his method of deciding the targets. Didn't find it. I am sure Savantji will let us know

Savantji I went through your report I observe that the trigger prices do not match MA 5-6 crossing. Correct me if I am wrong and if you are deciding by eyeballing it is perfectly alright. If buys were considering on the next day of he cross over the profits are even higher.

Uma You are doing a great job but the excel sheet you have posted today does not have todays rates and does not indicate the target reached indication like you previous sheet.

Thanks & Regards

Hi Ken,

a) Why Am I Not Surprised, It Doesn't Match 5/6 Is Correct Cause, It Is Based On 20/50

b) 20/50 Crossover Is Also Explained Here In The Thread, But Buried Deep I Guess, You Will Need To Get Your Hands Dirty....:)

c) 6th April List Being The First & Thereafter A Few More Sporadic Lists, Soon After Were The Initial BUY Triggers Based On 20/50 & Confirmation.

d) Thereafter, Particularly The Last 3 Lists Which Is Being Currently Updated With Anant's AFL & Uma's Update On Daily Basis, Is Subsequent Triggers For Any Of The Following Reasons:

i) Buying On Trend Resumption
ii) Buying On Expansion Breakout
iii) Buying On A Two Month High
iv) Buying On Retracement For A Strong Uptrending Stock

Stop Loss Is Very Simple & Should Be Between 1%-2% Of Position Size, Therefore, Number Of Shares For Each Scrip Is Given, Assuming 20K Available For That Scrip.

Hmmmm.....Did I Miss Anything...Let Me Know If I Did.

Ken,

All You Need To Do Is Just Ask & It Shall Appear ....:)

Anyways Jokes Apart...S/L Price Is Deducted From BUY @ Price And Added To BUY @ Price For Target....As Simple As That...Is The Norm, Exception Being For A Couple Of Lists In The Past Where I Have Changed The BUY @ Price, No Reason As Such, Was Feeling Extra Benevolent.

Anways Header At Top Mentions That I Have Adjusted The Entry Price, Just Incase You Do All The Maths & Come Back To Say The Formula Doesn't Work.

Thanks Savantji,

Yes I have gone thru your thread and noted all the reasons for selection. Only thing I need to know how target price is decided as I am also trying to get it in one report. I am sure Anant is working on it.

Thanks & Regards
Ken

Re: Stocks To Keep A Close Eye On - Chapter II

Hi Uma,

The Ones Where S/L Has Triggered Is An Exit Till It Triggers BUY Again.

Hi All,

The update of the triggers of 28-05-09 & 02-06-09 as on 08-06-09 are attached as excel sheet with this message. As there was only one trigger for June 02, 2009 (GAIL) I have combined it in the same Excel sheet along with the older signals (with a remark regarding this in the last column).

Today the following have hit Stop Loss:

BANKBARODA

RELCAPITAL

The following have hit Target price:

BEML
(2nd Target 1183.00 S/L 737.00)

New Targets/SL will be set by Savantji.

Savantji,

In view of overall fall in the market whether BANKBARODA and RELCAPITAL go out or retain?

Regards
