Hi Savant,

We are politically stable now. How about updating this thread ? Back to FNO segment again ! :). Think by now every trader understands the risk factor if intraday with huge lot size. So any guilt factor should not hang in your mind.

Happy Intraday Trading,

Lancer.

Guys,

Here Is What You Need To Look For When You Don't Receive Your Purchased Shares T+2

a) To Check If You Had Enough Balance In Your Ledger To Pay For It.

b) If The Cheque For The Purchase Was Given, Then You Need To Check Your Ledger If The Amount Has Cleared

c) If The Payment Is Cleared Then Your Broker Should Release The Shares To Your Demat Account On The Following Day & The Same Should Be Reflected In Your Demat By Noon.

d) If There Was Enough Balance In The Ledger For The Purchase Then The Shares If Delivered Should Be Released By 9.30 AM On The 3rd Day After Purchase & Same Should Be Reflected In Your Demat By Noon.

e) With Reference To Point 'd' If It Is Not Reflected On The 3rd Day After Purchase Then The Person Who Sold The Shares Has Defaulted On Delivery & There Will Be Auction Of The Same & You Should Benefit Atleast 15% From Your Purchase Because That Is The Minimum Penalty Levied To The Seller Of Which Buyer Is The Beneficiary.... There Is No Question Of Shares Being Credited On T+5.

Many Brokers Buy It & Credit The Client's Demat Account & Pocket The Penalty.

If One Comes Across Any Such Irregularity, Insist On Auction Contract Note, Where Details Of The Trade Can Be Verified On NSE Or BSE Website Whatever The Case Maybe. Alternatively Threaten The Broker That You Are Reporting The Matter Directly To The Concerned Exchange.

Believe Me Broker's Are Extremely Scared Of Complaints Made To The Exchange By Clients.

Hi Chennai,

Threaten The Broker That You Are Putting The Complain To The Exchange.

By The Way I Have Mistakenly Put 15% As Penalty, It Is Actually 20%

I Have Posted The Links Of NSE Somewhere In This Thread.

Hi Chennai,

Will Post The Links Again After The Market, For Filing Online Complaints Below The Ticker On NSE Website, On The Extreme Right Corner There Is A Tab Called 'INVESTORS' Go Through All The Drop Down Links There.

Ask for full 20%, you will get another 9% - i.e. almost another 2000 (basis is 2500=11%). Why let it go -- if you default do they ever let you go?
give another firing and say as Savant Sir has told ---
I WILL WANT 20% AND NOTHING LESS.
Be strong. Do not accept lesser. Then they will know that u r very serious and WILL HAVE TO GIVE IN.
Try it.
