It is a hot cement block in the horizon:thumb:.... Looks like it has lost some of it's steam due bad monsoons and various other reasons unknown to me, Just like any other cement stocks....

I think all the cement stocks are a HOLd for now

I have confusion about the figure. If it is above the 50 they say it is bullish, bellow it, is bearish what is the range for over sold/bought ?

I don't follow any indicators other than SMAs & BB. And basically trade on
saint sir's flow method, price patterns and this SMA cross over along with BB.

However, the answer to your query is that ,
RSI > 70 is overbought, and
RSI < 30 is oversold .

If, you scroll down on the investopedia link I have posted, you will find the necessary trading strategies based on RSI.
