I don't follow any indicators other than SMAs & BB. And basically trade on
saint sir's flow method, price patterns and this SMA cross over along with BB.
However, the answer to your query is that ,
RSI > 70 is overbought, and
RSI < 30 is oversold .
If, you scroll down on the investopedia link I have posted, you will find the necessary trading strategies based on RSI.

Thanks a lot for your detailed explanation and time given for posting to my querry.
This information was required to know if there is any other findings while working with crossover and BB as shown in the graph.
I am trying to find an explanation for RSI and stocks where there is less whipsaw's, refer a stock Zylog, where RSI(21) is above or near 70 most of the time from 08\04\2009 till date.
Your valuable inputs will be a great help to me.
