See for CMC, there is bullish scope, but not immediate IMO. Strong possibility that it could come down from above upto 850 before bouncing back.
But can't understand this at all Bunny. What in charts is showing like this. It has shown breakout of consolidation with very large volumes. So, how are you interpreting it coming down first. Just want to clear my understanding as I would have definitely thot abt going long in this based on whatever I;ve learned from you abt VSA and v.surprised to see you recommending down in this.

My concern is the long wick at the top. Also, the volume is a very excessive, almost 10 times the volume before 4 sessions. This indicates that there is also a large supply depot in the background. You can observe on other historical data too that long upper shadows with high volumes are mostly not good for long positions.

One more addition. A bullish operator often gaps up the opening price by a good measure, here it does not seems so.

Guys,

What I See On The Chart Is As Follows....After A Huge Move In Beginning Of August....It Has Basically Consolidated In A Tight Range Which Eventually Became A Congestion Zone....Thereafter On The Second Last Bar It Has Broken Out Of The Range Followed Up Next Day By Another...Bigh Move...

Ideal Entry Point Would Have Been To Draw Two Parallel Lines Keeping The Congestion Zone Except For A Few Spike Odd Small Spikes Perhaps Because Of The Overall Market Move...& Kept An Eye On The Breakout Area...

So Entry Is Advised Only Above Friday's High

Re: gold

Hi Tarun,

Only ETF I Would Recommend Is GOLDBEES...

Now Coming To Brave Statement Made By You About Rupee Appreciation.....

I Have Seen Enough Investors In My Short Trading Life Who Had An Extremely Long Term View +5 Years....Where They Have Seen Some Scrip They Held @ 100 Bucks Which Had Gone Up 220.... & When It Retraced To 150 Bucks...They ONLY Kept Regretting How Much Loss... They Had .......

Considering They Were Still Sitting On 50% Profit....But Could Only Think Of The 220 Figure High Of The Stock....

Hi,

Bunny,

Nice explanation! You have your strong point. I never thought that way, but crossover & bollinger band is telling some different story :)

Let us wait and see.
