Hi Hrishig,

I Wouldn't Advise Buying AXIS At The Moment....Perhaps Thursday Could Provide Some Opportunities For Entries...But Will See How It Goes In The First Half Session On Thursday

Hi Savant ji,

My first post , I see that lot of ppl are suggesting to buy axis bank and the MF holdings are also up.

Is it a good buy for say 3-4 month's time or what else canbe good for that time frame?

Vijayan,

Savant's system does not trigger buys based on BBs.

Looking at the chart, i think there was a freak trade of 119 or so at the opening, that caused a very deep piercing of the upper BB.

There is some kind of a uptrend developing in it, however confirmation of that will happen when it will take out the high of the current congestion zone - which is 113-114.

And you are right, the next resistance zones are around 123-124.

Regards,
Enygma.

Hmmm.. I bought it yesterday at 112 with stoploss as 109. Anyway, I will wait and see.. Thank you very much for your comment.

Hi Savant Sir,
I am holding few scrips which are into deep red (bought during jan 2008). Will ask for your suggesion later on those. But need your advice on the following scrips as these are havings less loss as compare to those:
1. Bought Supreme petro 300 @ 28 (2 weeks before) for tgt of 40+ by mid sept
2. Bought ISPAT 400 @ 28 (1.5 month before) for tgt of 35+

These scrips were suggested by one of my friends. Although for Supreme, I still have time to achieve the tgt but Ispat doesnt seem to achieve its tgt.
Need your advice, whther to hold these scrips or come out of it asap and invest in some other stocks as suggested by you.

Thanks in Advance..

Vijayan,

For me, 109 would be a very tight stop loss, given that it pierced the upper BB.

The pivot lows on daily charts are at 104.5 and 101.3.

So, if you are looking for at this trade for more than a week kind of time frame, you can go for lower stop losses, if the risk is fine with you.

Do whatever you are comfortable with ....

Regards,
Enygma.
