Hi evryone .
GujratGas had a buy signal b4 1 week which I bought [email protected].
But today I astonished to observe the share opened @ 213 , down 47.8% approx.
Can anybody explain the reason regarding this kind of abnormal behaviour of a particular share. Also what measure can I tek now as a remedy of this......:(

I'll be grtfull for any explaination from the seniors....
Eagerly awaiting...

Its a 1:1 bonus. Means if somebody is holding 10 shares, he gets 10 more shares. Thus the value of each share is divided.

Instead Of Panicking, The Least You Can Do Is To Remain Updated On The Companies Of Which You Hold The Shares.
It Is Not So Difficult.....& Not Keeping A Tab Is Inexcusable.

Anyways, Today It Has Gone Ex-Bonus 1:1, Therefore, In A Few Weeks Your Demat Will Reflect Double The Quantity.

Re: Stocks To Keep A Close Eye On - Chapter II

Hi Fahed,

I have prepared the Excel sheet myself. It is not generated by any other software. The data for the sheet is generated by Amibroker by an AFL program which I have written. You can get the link to that AFL in the first post by Savant in this thread. The output from this AFL is just pasted into the Excel sheet. Rest of the calculations are done within the Excel sheet itself. The formulas are there in the sheet and are not protected. You can see those firmulas when you select the cell by clicking into it.

Regards

Anant, Thanks very much for your reply, I just used your AFL pasted in first post, I have use Amibroker for some time, but really dont know how to export data from Amibroker to Excel, Please I let me know how to do it.

Regards,
Fahed.

Hi Fahed,

I hope you are now able to use the AFL and get the reports for Triggers, Updates and Trigger/SL reached list. You can export the report as a .csv file by clicking on the File button in Exploration window and select Export and then save it. Then open the exported file in Excel and copy and paste the data into the Main Excel file in which all the previous data is stored (The file which I upload daily to 4 shared and give the link in my post).

Try it and if you face any problem please post your question.

Regards

-Anant

You don't have to "smell" it. These are announced by the company well in advance with all details and the information is available on the website of BSE/NSE. It is compulsory for all listed companies to inform the exchange about such decisions. The General Body of the company also has to approve such decisions.

Hi Anant,

I used your singleMA1 afl which you posted in chapter II thread. I found that apart from the new trigger which you gave for 18-09-09, there are additional stocks like BALPHARMA which gave buy trigger which you did not mention in your list. Is there any reason for the same. I am using the default condition to generate the trigger. (Parameter List: SMA, 20, 2, Trigger)
