Hi Rizuk,

Its good to see lot of new members in this Thread along with Savant..
I have been using the same color since i started writing in this thread, but ok no issues. Considering Savant's work that he does to the Forum, we can sacrifice anything.. y not a text color.. Sure will do it..

Am Using DarkOrchid.. Savant please give the copyrights of DarkOrchid to me... (Just Kidding)

Regards,
Arvind
Thanks for obliging without getting into any litigations :D actually I just wanted something identifiable with Savant Ji's post . . like great players wearing No 10 jersey or a three pointed star symbol of Mercedes.

As for language is concerned . . I like this quote "To know another language is to have a second soul"

I know this topic is closed and Savant Ji might delete my post

PS: Your request for the copyrights of the Dark Orchid is accepted . . in a day or two you will be informed of the final decision :D

Hi Anant,

I used your singleMA1 afl which you posted in chapter II thread. I found that apart from the new trigger which you gave for 18-09-09, there are additional stocks like BALPHARMA which gave buy trigger which you did not mention in your list. Is there any reason for the same. I am using the default condition to generate the trigger. (Parameter List: SMA, 20, 2, Trigger)
Hi Dipesh,

I am running the AFL on a select list of about 200 stocks. BALPHARMA is not in the list. Therefore I have not mentioned it. If you run it on all NSE stocks you will get many more signals. But how many are worth considering is a big question. If you are tracking it you may have it in your list and run the AFL on your list.

What Kind Of Inane Statement Warren Buffet Makes....Latest Being That Rest Of The World Economy Is Recovering Faster Than U.S.

Does He Realise Considering U.S. Was Principally Responsible For The Mess That Happened To Create This Bear Cycle....Therefore It Is Natural For U.S. To Take Longer For Recovery Than All Others.

U.S. Was The Cause While Most Others Were Effect Of The Cause.

Excessive volume alert as NIFTY touches 5000

Many of NIFTY 50 stocks are showing VERY HIGH volumes, including RELIANCE, HCLTECH, ACC, GRASIM, HINDALCO, ITC, SAIL, TATAPOWER, TATASTEEL, and many others.

Few others such as DLF and LT are going up on low volumes.

Be cautious as there may be an attempt to trap the dumb money

Some may say that the huge volume spike in RELIANCE is because of the block deal, but I don't think the block deal volume can be discounted because after all, a huge block has been sold in the open.

The market could top in the next couple of sessions, or may be it has already topped out today.

Overshadowed by the euphoria of NIFTY touching 5000, some may forget to look at the volume.

You don't have to "smell" it. These are announced by the company well in advance with all details and the information is available on the website of BSE/NSE. It is compulsory for all listed companies to inform the exchange about such decisions. The General Body of the company also has to approve such decisions.
