Super cheap broker: Ventura securities

Been trading with Ventura for close to 1 yr now....any specific queries, plz put it forward to me

I started ventura for last 2 months. Still I am not very clear about how to other levies are charged for F&O intraday & delivery. They provide table which is confusing.

I am looking for excel sheet for calculating Brokerage & other charges levied on Future & Option (CALLS & PUTS) trading (separate sheet for intraday & Delivery/holding ) as indicated below with sample values:

1)Brokerage,
2)Service tax,
3)Ed Cess,
4)Clearing member charge on turnover,
5)Stamp duty,
6)SEBI Fees,
7)NSE Charges,
8)Clearing Charge on premium,
9)Security Transaction Tax (STT) on selling

Members are requested to help me where to get or indicate link for downloading.

i dont have the worksheet or any thing...but complete brokerage including every additional charges like all u mentioned above is: -

when working on 0.01% brokerage plan
Intraday Brokerage is: - 0.048%
Delivery is: - 0.48%
Futures: - .031%

it is total that is calculated... means dont confuse ur self with single or double leg.

i dont know abt options...dont deal in it...

hello friends,
I want to know about really how good is ventura1? Their pre-paid brokerage looks quite good. But I am confusing with what is pre-paid?Lets say i take their 5000 1 year plan and do trade on 10 lots of option daily.If the brokerage is rs 35 and including all charges rs 45. Then the calculation below:
total brokerage=10*45=450.00
450.00*20=9000.00

Then in one month I exceed the 5000.00 advanced brokerage. Then, can they cut my brokerage from my trading a/c or it is valid for whole one year and also
what they do with those excess advanced brokerage generated. How I can be benifited with that?

i am trading with ventura for 1 year.Good chart service& fast terminal.brokerage 1.5 paise on single leg.Frindly service.but good for active traders only because there is no difference between margin trade & original buy sells and so there is no automatic squareoff.

Thats funny because I am getting 0.058% intraday equity, 0.048% futures and 0.498% equity delivery. I got the calcs with me....still wondering. cross checked everything.

Okay I got it. You are charged on single leg and me on both legs.

i m planing to open a/c with ventura as they are providing lower brokerage,
i want to know what are other charges in % of brokerages / turnover, software complications if any mainly selecting exchange while placing order can it be easily selected before placing order, can i place order offline before opening market? reliability ? is it true they can block my dp account from selling my scrips if some amount is pending in margin.
Ventura is offering Rs 3500 plan , deposit will be refunded in year end against brokerages, 0.03 n 0.2 and Rs 35 /lot

Can anybody suggest other better options like Angel, Anand Rathi, MO, Sharekhan, indiabulls, KRC etc.

ZERODHA really good!!! Cheap brokerage and best service!!!
