Kindly help on time frame for charting,

If one is to take trade based on 30 min chart,for directional pupose one should use 60 min chart or EOD chart?

hi friends......................again a question.........i m posting 2 intra day charts here the question is at 3.04 pm there is a sudden huge volume.............i think initially many people short the stock and cover at the end.....but the huge volume is at the same time i.e 3.04 pm? can anybody explain any relationship of this timing......

I don't have 1 min charts,but the 5 min charts don't show any dramatic rise in volume ---Ispat or Rel Com or NSE.
