Is this thread still active? Any comments on how close we are to a buy setup? I can count bars but not the interplay between setup and intersection etc. However, we seem to be close to the trigger.

We have just completed set up and 2 days of countdown....following scenarios may unfold :

1) We may slowly drip down and finally bottom somewhere in 4750-4700 range.This may takre slow grind of another 2 weeks.

2) Sell TDST is at 4705, that will give good support to this downmove.

3) If the market comes down in swift moves, we may bottom in next 6-8 days...the range could be as indicated in (1) above.

4) There is a small possibility that we will bottom in next 1-2 days without completing countdown......considering the global markets, I give very low probability to this option. But we should be looking to cover the short positions below 4750....

Let us see how it plays out....

Thanks, somehow did not get alerted on this so saw this 3-4 days late. Good stuff ... someone recently said TD is so old (1994 or more) but it is nice to know that it still works in so many situations.
