Thanks everyone for these caring posts. I am deeply touched by the love, care and help you all extended through your posts and PMs.

I have consulted the best doctors...and as a good trader takes correct, timely and fast actions once something is identified, I too have started Yoga and Pranayaam therapy under observation of a very good yoga teacher who himself is a doctor and he is specialised in yoga for such ailments.

I am very confident that I will fix this problem soon and will be back to posting and sharing.......and I will continue doing this for next few years......

I am very much active ,I trade every day,I see all the posts on this forum and the other forum which I moderate...but cutting down on my computer time a little to take care of this back pain problem.

Thanks once again and will post something soon......:)

Few Years ago when Initially I travelled in Interior Africa ( Countries with Poor Economy ) on small ATR Flights Once the flight took off everyone Clapped and people cheered..., I was rather puzzled thinking " Did I miss Something" and looked around, took me a little time to get it "We were safely in Air from the ground " and the same repeated when the tyres touched the ground and made the Screeching noise " Now we are safely back on the Ground"..:)

Very nice bro :)

Hello E1,

Attending to some health issues like back pain, spondylitis.....occupational hazards of daytrading with sitting infront of the terminal/computer for 8-10 hours a day......I have been adviced by doctors to immediately cut down on my computer time drastically.

But will soon address these issues and return to posting and sharing whatever knowledge I have about trading.:)

Best wishes,

Smart_trade
Please forgive my attempt to give unsolicited advice. I wish to share my personal experience: mild yogasanas can cure what doctors say requires surgery. I followed a book named "Yogic Cures for Common Diseases" by Dr Phulgenda Sinha. It is cheap, used to be Rs 45/= when I purchased. It is published by Jaico. Practicing a few asanas from relevant chapters once cured my knee probllem which reputed doctors said needed surgery. On a at least two occasions mild back pain due to long sitting was also cured.

It could surely help if your problems do not require immediate surgery.

regards

Rajeev

PS: Thanks for running & sustaining such an informative website.

ST da ,

Get well soon.

I faced back-problem and Spondalytis problems previously.I too want to cut
down my time before computer.Though my problems were solved by medicines
plus physiotherapy.I personally feel the posture may be the culprit (may be
chair on which you are seated ,also) .

To be frank ,we can't afford you to lose your services at the same time
health has a paramount importance in life of a individual.

Take care.

I too have cervical spondylosis. I use a chair with arm rests and try to rest my elbows/ forearms on them as often as possible. The best relief is obtained by stretching the arms upwards and backwards.

So, I think that spondylosis is God's way of telling us to spend most of our time with wrists locked behind the neck :) :D
