yasir, most of the work is done not during trading hours but the previous night ... we look for specific set-ups on daily and intra-day charts for making an entry the next day ( attimes when those set-ups happen intra-day we take a call there itself but there again the stocks are shortlisted the previous night).... i dont trade stocks and options intra-day , iam more of a positional trader with a 2-7 days view thats it but futures is where most of us take intra-day calls(again working upon predecided levels) ..
Even i dont track all the 3000 stocks available in the market(i tried metastock but learning how to use it in itself is a big challenge) .. hence i track only a pool of 15 stocks(from next week reducing it to 5-6) and based upon technical study i buy and sell them....only if the patterns look extremely exiting do i jump in to other stocks but asishji tracks every stock available in NSE futures and he uses metastock codes(with criterias set by him) to scan and buy/sell them...
