Today I got a call that my a/c has been opened......so its hardly 2 or 3 days

after my courier was received by TSO....This is exactly what I expected from

an organisation

I have been tracking TSO for a while now.....your presence on Facebook and

the interaction with prospective and existing clients is really commendable

As soon as I go to the website on the right corner there is a chat section

which appears ...I haven't used it till now....still I feel this is a brilliant way to

solve some issues which may arise during the course of trading ...TSO

deserves a serious applaud for this

Even on Traderji I can see the enthusiasm and the alacrity with which every

querry is handled and answered to ....

To summarise a brilliant customer care along with presence on social media like

FB/traderji (Transparency automatically kicks in after being in constant

scrutiny) ..an interactive web page and a killer pricing is sure to make TSO

one of the best Discount Brokers and I guess even now TSO is among the

best

Well Web verification was done yesterday and I received my Welcome mail

yesterday only.....To summarise what I like in Trade Smart Online along with a

killer pricing plan is :

1.)An Interactive Web Page

2.)Blog : Good articles which help a trader

3.)Presence on Facebook and Traderji

4.)Very friendly and supportive customer interface

I agree with Anhat Vatsal in all aspects about TSO in their good performance . I also recently became a customer of TSO and had a very nice experience.

Only thing I want TSO to improve on is their Back Office , seems to me as if we are working on some ancient web page created ages ago . If this can be done then I may think to change my avatar to 100 % perfect defining TSO performance , as now of it says 99% perfect.
 
It seems TSO is immune to this issue. Has been in discussion for months now.

We are aware that we need to make our back office more appealing. Pls understand that we haven't ignored this issue at all. As mentioned in our earlier post, we are working on the same.

Back office is like the ERP for the broking industry. Changing an ERP involves a lot of planning and time. At the same time, if new pages are to be designed, that also takes time. We are in touch with our existing vendor too about this issue. This might take time but we are committed to continuously improve our offerings to our users.

By the way, we should be starting commodities soon. Within about 2 months. :)
