Trade Smart Online

With the introduction of Nest,

1) Will you migrate your old customers onto this platform ? Will it be optional or compulsory ?

2) Will there be any change in intraday margins for various segments ?
Hello timepass,
Good to hear from you. We were almost missing you. :)

1. Old customers can continue to trade on NOW. As of now we do not have any plans for a compulsory migration.

2. With Nest, you could certainly have more leverage and additional contracts for cover orders as you had asked for earlier.

Hello timepass,

Charts will be using Nest plus itself.

Nest is a product of Omnesys which is now a Thompson Reuters company. We will not simply say it is stable. But let's look at what we are doing to make it stable.

NOW and Nest both are a product of Omnesys. Product-wise they should not be very different (Nest has a few additional features).

For any software to work well, there are many other things that are important too. The hardware, connectivity, patch updates, real time monitoring etc. For these we've taken steps and will be hosting our servers with a data center and have also taken an additional service for real time monitoring of the servers as well as the application.

All said, no software is 100% fool proof. NOW also has some issues sometimes. Even gmail has had issues in the past. A few of the things we consider to be important are the frequency of issues, impact of the issue and how much time it takes to fix it. With the measures we have taken we should be able to address these issues. So this should make Nest stable too :)

Hello ksp191,
Stamp duty will be Rs 200 per cr. In case of Tamil Nadu, since it is higher than that of Maharashtra, it'll be TN stamp duty. Otherwise it'll be Rs 200 per cr.

dear tso. do you provide special bracket order ie limit order with stoploss.
