Your Backoffice website. :sos:

I have shifted from Angel Broking to you....I do not expect your backoffice to be as good as theirs but atleast it should be as good as zerodha & Compositeedge (idealX backoffice).

I appreciate the fact that you have youtube instructional videos which even zerodha does not have. However your backoffice is not even secure (HTTPS).

The site takes a long time to load during odd hours (Early mornings/late nights). However i being a salaried person, am free only during that time.

I understand one of your main goals is to cut costs but if the incremental cost to get a backoffice like zerodha/composite edge is negligible, my earnest request would be to do so.

I hope you do consider my above constructive criticism.

The reason we are able to offer attractive pricing plans is because we are able to keep our costs in control. So you pay for only the services you use. Since there's an additional cost (man power costs, punching errors related costs etc) on our side for call and trade the we pass it on to you only if you use that facility in the form of call and trade charges.

This way, we are able to offer a lower pricing to those who are trading online.

An alternative in case you are not at your pc might be to use your mobile to trade. This way you can save the call and trade charges.

Sorry to hear you've been facing issues with the backoffice.

We always welcome constructive criticism. It helps us introspect and improve our services.

Please let us know what were the timings when you faced these issues. Also, what is it that you were trying to access so that we can try to find out the reason for the same. Usually at late nights and early mornings lesser number of people are online. So at least at that time this issue should not be there.

Around 12am-1am daily we have some processing that takes place on the server so at that time it may be slow. We'll change the schedule for that process to 3 am from 12 am.
