Hi TSO,

I have received a demo id for trying the NOW platform but I can't open the plus charts (both intraday and historical) with it. Can these charts be opened with a demo id?

Also can you tell the the differences between NOW and nest plus since both these platforms are developed by omnesys. The same plus charts can be invoked from both platforms right?

Charts can be opened with a demo id too.

Nest Plus is an add on service which can be used with NOW as well as Nest. Some of the features in Nest plus are free and some have an a cost associated with it. The cost for the same is payable directly to Omnesys.

Hello IRH,
Would request you to kindly call our executive who provided you the demo id. It could be a configuration related issue and should not happen under normal circumstances. Our executives would guide you with what could be the possible issues.

Margin values can be checked in NOW using the What-If analysis.

Data table can be used to get an minute by minute price and volume data for a specific scrip.

Spoke to NOW. They said that there's some issue with their Bharti internet connection. Hence you are requested to use the Tata to connect from the screen that comes before the login screen.

for your 0.7 paise plan your brokerage calculator doesnt show turnover charges for options per lot, is it a bug there?

Also what is the stamp duty you charge for option

Turnover charges are calculated on the basis of turnover and not on the bais of no. of lots. hence we require the quantity to be filled to calculate all other charges. If this is what you were referring to, it has been designed to be this way.

Stamp duty is also mentioned in the brokerage calculator under the "Other charges" category. It is Rs 200 per cr and is calculated on premium value.

If you wish to trade in the F&O and currency segments only then you may open just a trading account for Rs 200 only.

Can we put 2 Legged and 3 Legged Spread trades with you in a single order . So if it is possible then in the Rs. 15 per trade how will the brokerage be calculated ?

Yes we do offer MIS (intraday) for option writing. The margin required for this is 50% of that required for NRML.
