In TradeTiger they have FEEL IT SAY feature where you can send your queries along with screen shot. You will receive a call from ShareKhan immediately. I have benefited most of the time.
If you want to use feel it say it before login then you mention your customer id/email id in the message.

Perhaps this is not the right place to post this but this is one of the most visited threads here so i'm posting this.

While using Sharekhan there are two horizontal lines constructed by default.

One is a dotted line and the other one is a ------ line. Does anyone know what these two horizontal lines represent ??

One is PREVIOUS close and other is WEIGHTED AVERAGE of today.(price*quantity)/Total quantity.

plz help m new to trade tiger just .....today was my 1st day...i logged in @7pm ..n was connect around 8.45pm....wen i logged in @ 9.15 its saying ''selected server is not in the list ..select server manually ..when i changed server manually again the same messg appeared ..also the login button is disabled .

It appears to me that your computer/Internet connection is SLOW.
I recommand is to install TT-1.0.4.9. During LOGIN procedure ,you
choose your server number.Everyday you need not select server number.
You choose 2 or 3 or 4 or 5.........................If many users are there ,you
will be asked to choose another.You can generate a fresh password by
answering correctly your password question.Please contact customer-care
deptt. of Sharekhan.

it happens with me too... i think in non market hours not all the servers are working... so when u are trying to log in at such a time try the server no. 1... it works everytime...

thanks for ur quick reply sir.. but sir my internet connection speed is 1Mbps n also i m using TT 1.0.4.9...is it soo dat servers are available b/w certain time??

The Internet ICON in the system tray shows a speed of 100Mbps.
But internet connection speed is HARDLY 200kbps.
TT-1.0.4.9 is faster than TT-2.
Unlikely many brokers ,Sharkhan keeps severs UP on Sat and Sundays also.

even i use the same version on a 512 kbps internet connection... i have seen this frequently that late in the night servers are not available... i usually try to study about the charts and all late at nights and i face the same problem quite frequently...

just after replying to ur post i tried to sign in... although it was connecting to server no 1 like i told u... but the log in button was not active...

there is no fixed time however... i have loggen on in the evenings, late at nights and even early mornings...
