Premium of the Put already decreasing due to increasing Nifty today.Thus writer would be gain more profit holding on instead of covering .

yes you are right in understanding. but that negative open interest is due to put holders covering their positions

Dear Kiran,
Market trend seems positive now.While looking at Bharti and RCOM i could see OI in call is almost double then in Put OI.

Can we imply these to be bullish signs ?

5500 is the key now if we can cross 5500 only then big up move possible down move 5400 seems difficult to break, Put OI is double or even triple than that of call OI making it possible for manipulators to take the market up with a big move should wait and watch what happens
