once you open forget any calls or assistance from them..........if you are luck you can trade otherwise you can continue with your old reliabalebroker,
their toll free is no use as they ask you to call one more landline no..webchat nothing

after buying coupan on dec21st account opened on 29th after mail falloup and some calls.

was not able to login few more calls and set.

not able to add market watch called but no solution...took my prices from another broker and placed orders

so i would say still i am waiting for their calls 1 hr passed still no calls..

it will take some more days i think to do trading smoothly but the point here will be llosing your telefone bills for 99 trade and such issues will niether be profitable to them nor mainly to me..since at the end leaas brokerage + CC+ phonebills....imagine.any how i have purchaesd the coupan will trade for 3 months

yestrday was my first trade, they sent contract note with brokerage which shud not be added since i opted for unlimited 99 brokerage plan,i have spoken to cc,hope they will rectify,

Thanks... what software they are giving, is it NEST trader? What about charting? Are you able to reach them easily this time?
