The stamp duty that we charge is based on various state notification. Additionally for the benefit of members broker forums have also compiled and circulated the stamp duty for various states. Find attached the file which gives details of stamp duty for various states as compiled and circulated in BSE broker forum. The rate defined for Jharkhand is 1.5% with upper limit of Rs. 200 per day. We are charging the same!

Anyone can call and inquire about the stamp duty on equity option for JHARKHAND. It will prove that this list is fake or these broker houses are dumb, right ? Why don't ask yourself ?
