Hi Anup,

There are many sttgs avlble, Thing is it should be easy to implement, Complex ones won't work. Karthik's ATP is very good , Select a good scrip for ATP example TATAMOTORS and go with it. You will definitely be in profit in the long run.

But..Beware...if we go with fixed profit (eg like 1K) and stay with s/l its horrible....we win many trades but 1 or 2 trade if hit s/l then gone....So please make your own dicission for proper s/l and target...if you go for fixed profit and s/l then it may fail...
Its my personal experience in trading it since 9 days...

Good Point Raised, I have been thinking of how to overcome this problem. One way is to let go of trades which are having huge SL. For example if your profit target is 1K and SL is coming to 2K. It is better to drop that trade. Again, by going through the past record for that particular scrip you have to find out how many times the SL was huge and still the scrip hit the TGT.

I suggest you go for one scrip , and after developing some profit in that one to go on increasing the trade amount. Keep a certain amount fixed , which you can afford as a loss for a particular scrip. If that happens, then go in for another scrip. Also I remeber Karthik Sri, writing that, he trades only the first trade triggering for the day. After that whether it is a loss or gain, he will not trade that scrip again for the day. I find this is a good procedure.

Also go for Cash trading in the beginning, later on move to Futures.

That is my idea.

The idea is to earn Rs.1000/- a day as minimum. If so many scrips are traded in a day with the same time watching the scrip becomes difficult and we may bound to make error. Think in this way instead of opening multiple scrips why dont we increase the lot size! If 5 scrips are traded with that margin increase the lot size in the same scrip which is profitable as per your analysis. That will give your focus on that scrip only.

Enter the trade wit 2 lots, Leave 1 lot at the TGT of 1000 rs. Keep the second lot till the end of the day with SL as Entry price. During backtesting I found that this gives very good returns.

I am sorry, I forgot to add that point. Initially SL will be same for the 2 lots. Once TGT of 1000 rs is achvd, SL for the 2nd lot will be revised to the CP.
