Trading NR7 setup

I think that yesterday was NR7 in USDINR spot also (25 paisa range - 52.5250 to 52.7750). Can anyone check ?

can you please let me know how to get the NR7 futures stock list? are you using any tool to download stock futures EOD data?
I use Data downloader for Cash segment, but i dont have any s/w or tool to download stock futures.

I have found its very important to slect high beta nd liquid stocks for NR7 and IB pattern to work if we choose low beta (for eg Asian paints, Bharat Forge etc) then chances are there they wont give much of a movement
