I have just joined rksv and downloaded the nest software. I was then asked to update the nest plus software to 2.9.0.0. Inspite of repeated updation the software still shows me that I have an older version of Nest plus. Please help me on this. Thanks.
Better way will be to call RKSV technical support directly. They might take your PC on Team Viewer or Ammy Admin and solve the issue. :thumb:

Hi AndyG,

Shoot us an email at support AT rksv.in and we'll help you out.

RKSV ,

Some fine days ago you posted that the platform has been approved . If you are still building it then how was it approved ?
That was the desktop platform that we're working with another vendor with. Seems it has a lot of issues when moving to production. In parallel, we're working on our HTML5 + mobile platform in house.

RKSV,

What is the logic of charging an upper cap of brokerage (prepaid plans)?

1. Basically, if a client is generating say over Rs.4000/- per month then he will obviously choose prepaid unlimited plan and save brokerage..

2. If a client is generating brokerage of say Rs.1000 per month, he will obviously not choose prepaid monthly plan.

So either way its a lose lose situation.. A high brokerage client will find his escape route by buying prepaid monthly plan and that's a big loss to you.. If a client is taking 1000 trades a month, he will save about 16,000 brokerage.. How do u benefit in the long run??

I had sent an email on 1st April to your sales team to enquire some details, still no reply, why should i open an account then...:annoyed:
