Hi LivetoTrade,

We're really sorry to hear that. Did you submit your information directly through our website? We take client confidentiality very seriously and have mitigated situations in the past, but this is really odd if you did not open an account.

Could you send us a PM with your phone number and we'll have one of our directors give you a call? It would be very helpful.

Thanks.
Yes, I had filled the online form through RKSV website.
Sending a PM of my number - if it is going to help track/ set-right your internal systems.

Got it. In the meanwhile, please ensure you are on DND (check here: http://www.nccptrai.gov.in/nccpregistry/search.misc). What we found is that many telemarketers do check that you are not on DND before calling. If you are not on DND, you can activate it on most carriers by sending an SMS with the message START 0 to the phone number 1909.

If you still get calls/SMSs from people after you're on DND, you can straight-away forward it to 1909 (special formatting: http://ndnc.in/complain-unsolicited-commercial-calls). They get fined anywhere between 25K - 2.5 lac which is enough to put these snakes out of business.

RKSV,

The reason I asked you about your profits in FY2014 was because your P&L speaks volumes about ur business model.. You have upwards of 20,000 customers maybe? And inspite of that, you're returns are meagre.. Its like this rat race! It shows that 20/trade, is not a good revenue generating idea. I mean, if a company with 20,000 customers makes 69 lakhs, and a loss in the previous year, it goes to show that ur no frills business model is lopsided. Just like how u said, you want to build products and new things to provide customer satisfaction, it is inevitable to incur expenses that will dent ur bottom line.. On top of that you give cash credits/5 free trades etc.

Do you think you will ever make more than 5cr. In profits in future? If yes, with how many clients is that achievable.?
Hey market oracle,

So we know a handful of things about P&L/business model but not to the level that could answer your question. We're mostly using this forum to answer general customer queries regarding support issues, etc.. Any business related stuff is probably in the hands of our director and promoter that we wouldn't be fully aware of.

Sorry :-/

Dear RKSV ,

I noticed that your reply has changed ... Yesterday I read something else , today it is something else ... :D

Hi,

Im new to this forum and its nice to see a brokerage firms on furums. I am looking for a new broker to. The 4k plan unlimited is very tempting. Just a few questions, How much can I leverage for delivery purpose on futures and lets say If I have standing portfolio of 10L of strong trending B group stocks, can I leverage against and settle the profit and loss on weekly/daily basics?

Your response will be appreciated,

Thank you,
Hi GrowInvestorTrader,

Welcome to the Traderji family :). Yes, RKSV has various brokerage plans catering to traders and investors.

Regarding your question on leverage for overnight positions on F&O -- you would need to deposit the whole exchange margin since SEBI does not allow any extra leverage on overnight positions.

On margin against shares -- we are not providing as of now but we are looking into it. You can send your contact details on [email protected] and our team can call you to help you answer all your questions.

RKSV,
I am forced to write to you here in such a forum about the most unethical, unprofessional and callous attitude you people have shown after I have opened my trading account with you since more than 3 months.

I had applied to open a ILFS demat account which you people have most conveniently forgotten and despite my repeated requests on mails and phone calls every effort of mine has fallen on deaf ears. Even the government departments are better now a days.

I fail to understand how you people choose not to attend or reply to my emails when I inquire about the status of my demat account. Not surprisingly they have enough time to come to this forum and post threads. This is really agonising experience I have ever had.

Through this forum I am highlighting the state of affairs of this discount broker who is just desperate to open accounts without bothering to service the account once they are opened.
I got assurance today that a senior representative will look in my case and sort it out tomorrow itself. Hopefully, he should be able to get things moving were ever they are struck, either at RKSV end or ILFS. But in any case how can it ever take 3 months to get a demat account opened I fail to comprehend.
Kapil, what happened? You said you will look into this issue first thing Monday morning.
No update from RKSV till writing this post and email also unanswered.
Courtesy this forum, RKSV sent ILFS people last week to collect signature on some forms for some mismatch. What is disheartening that it took them almost three months and some posts in this public forum to realise that there was some mismatch in the KYC documents.
Even as of writing this post, ILFS account has still not opened i.e. after 3 working days since signing the required form.

We got the forms last evening at Mumbai and forwarded to ILFS. The account along with POA would be activated by this week or latest by Monday. Sorry for the trouble.

I know it is embarrassing for you to face such allegations.

Please take care that no insider's play is involved.

My concern is that I got around three to four hundred calls from these stupid advisories in the last 1 and half month time. And about 2000 SMS. My number is exclusively for my personal use except for your end of day trading SMS. These people do not conclude the call, they keep on persuading and kill my valuable time and peace of mind. They try to put me in embarrassing position if I do not go for their advisory. I am trading while keeping my day job. Just imagine, how disturbed I would be when I receive such calls while in office / on my personal work/trading terminal.

Many times I thought of closing the trading account. Also, thought of changing my mobile number which I am using for the last 10 years or so.

Now, I changed my tactics with them. Whenever I receive a call from them, I am demanding them that from which source they have got my number if at all they want to continue the call. They started disconnecting the calls immediately. And the calls and SMS started reducing.

The issue is very serious and take a stringent action against the culprits.
This is really a serious issue. I too started receiving calls for trading tips (I never got them till now) just after opening accounts with rksv and ilfs.

It would be useless to write them as (obviously) any firm would give a typical reply that they are professional, good customer service and other blah blah.. It is quite logical to think that either rksv or ilfs is leaking the info.

I am so feed up with these calls as I get nearly 3 calls daily. Sometime back I had started another thread about this..

Yes......the blame cannot be shifted to ilfs in my case. The picture is getting clear now as to who is involved in this ugly act.

I have a very typical name which can be pronounced only if you see my name in black and white. When I receive the calls, they are pronouncing my name as if they see it in black and white. It is also confirmed from the callers that they are getting them from brokers.

I am very much satisfied with their services except for this nuisance. Anyway....soon I will be parting with them as I cannot tolerate mistrust either because of their fault or their inability to control the leakage of crucial information. Further turning my mobile number DNS activated. Will see their end whoever calls me thereafter.

The calls are from Indore, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Bangalore, Mumbai, Surat, Ujjain and ............... None of them are SEBI registered advisories.

Hi guys,

We don't sell your data at all to anyone. There are intermediaries that get your information for the following -- IL&FS, KRA KYC, Exchange. These are authorized companies from the government/SEBI too. We've rooted out that it's not on our end nor is it someone so easily that we come in contact with. Is there a chance that someone working at those orgs may be doing something unscrupulous? Possibly, but we can only speculate.

On our end, the data is guarded behind a corporate firewall and we've ensured that you can't touch any data outside our office. We have zero intentions to selling lead/customer info to anyone for tips as we strongly believe against tips (nor would it make much sense for us to sell it to a guy who wants to sell you other brokers plans!). We want you to report each and every call to TRAI to get these buggers in trouble and we have zero problems with you doing so.
