But you need to have your own commercial property and some capital to start a franchise from the reputed one's like MacDonald's,KFC,Subway,etc

There are also many Indian firms offering franchisees to other in expanding business.

There are many legal issues involved ,as also logistics issues.When taking up a franchisee , you need to be involved 100%.It cannot be part time.

Also there are many consultants available to guide you in terms of selecting the franchisee and provide services right from scratch to the last detail.These kinds of consultancies do surely come with a hefty price.
