Thanks a lot. The purpose of starting this thread is well served. I could find my house almost hidden among the trees. Amazing. Pictures seems to have been taken from Air and not by satellite .

I dont think they are taken from air.. they must be thru satellite... because they are updated regularly all-over the world... i could even see the recent construction that was going on nearby my home... thru air would be a costly affair as they must have a chartered plane to do this round-the-clock... and if I am true, what an amazing zooming capacity their cameras must be having !!!
