Hi

It was late.

But somehow I was able to post this one

http://www.youtube.com/

This is the description given on the website
Founded in February 2005, YouTube is a consumer media company for people to watch and share original videos worldwide through a Web experience.

Everyone can watch videos on YouTube—both on YouTube.com and across the Internet. People can see first-hand accounts of current events, find videos about their hobbies and interests, and discover the quirky and unusual. As more people capture special moments on video, YouTube is empowering them to become the broadcasters of tomorrow.

I was able to find original video of one of my old fav song by Laura Branigan "Self Control".

May be you could, old lost favs.

Hello everyone,

See your House.......even more clear and powerful than GoogleEarth. The best part as compared to GoogleEarth is, you do not have to download their software. Its through your browser alone.

How to Use it.
1. Go to http://www.wikimapia.org/
You will see the aerial picture of the world.
2. Click on the wikimapia
3. Then go to Search City, select city.
4. Enter the name of the city and click Search.
5. You will get all matching results.
6. Now you have to Zoom in by clicking on the Zoomer meter bar on the
left side of the screen.
7. Try to find any landmark nearby your place (Look for top view Not
the front view).

Enjoy !!!

Hi Aad

Thanks a lot. The purpose of starting this thread is well served. I could find my house almost hidden among the trees. Amazing. Pictures seems to have been taken from Air and not by satellite .
