I am trying to place a withdrawal since morning but the zerodha q page says "connection timed out but you can still place withdrawal order". I called zerodha and they told me to try after 3:30. I did but nothing happened. Still the same problem.

BTW, I am eagerly waiting for the contract notes today because I think there is an issue with STT calculation. Spoke to them on seeing the ledger, but they said wait for the contract note and then check the calculations.

It may be Stamp Charges... i read in some other thread stamp charges is charged wrongly.. even with me..

Every now and then I face an error message in Zerodha Q - "Connection timed out. Please refresh the page."

Right, Account Balance & Withdrawal Balance is shown as "NA".

No issues with STT, Stamp duty for MH and WB states some issues. You should have the new contract notes in a little while.

Funds page having to be reloaded should be fixed by tomm eod.

Thanks. I hadn't noticed it. It seems they've charged Stamp Duty at 0.01% instead of .002% I always used to check contract notes but I never found any problem with them at the time but I guess I should start checking them again, especially now that I'm trading stock-futures instead of stocks.

But the problem with Q has been persisting for a long time, it keeps happening every now & then. Please look into it.

Features introduced in this release of Pi(Dated:07/18/2016):

1. Multiple MW (Shortcut Ctrl+W ,upto 250 scrips,50 by default).
2. Find Symbol to add multiple scrips in market watch (Shortcut Ctrl+F).
3. Chart Toolbar changes
a)Change Time frame to any periodicity (Min<->Hour<->Daily).
b)Duration added in Chart Toolbar (Days for Min/Hr and Years for Daily).
4. New indicators introduced:
a) Supertrend Indicator
b) Donchian Channel Indicator
c) Average True Range (ATR)
5. Edit Chart Tools on double and right click (Color/thickness).
6. Option Calculator (Shortcut Ctrl+O)
7. Layout Saving (Except Charts).
8. Addition of scrips from Default Workspaces and MW in Scanner.
9. Cover Order with Limit entry option.

I have updated PI last week but since then it is not opening.
Now if I am not able to login then how to click on check for updates :lol:

This looks to be some corruption of files in installation, please uninstall, delete the folder and try installing Pi again. Download the latest setup file from q.zerodha.com.

No it's not corrupted files in most cases. I think it's antivirus. Disable it and run.


Wow Cover orders with limit entry? Can you explain? (or post a link to explain)
