These are "usual" glitches according to them which happen with brokers like Sharekhan, Kotak, Motilal et al as well! So with such a fattening bottomline why would they care? Did they care about any such glitches in the past few years? Sadly these glitches are part and parcel of discount trading! I have stopped expecting them to be precise and accurate like top 3-4 brokers. Zerodha is the least helpful in the matters like this.
Agreed.These "glitches" do happen with others.May be 10 or 20 minutes is
tolerable.Because in stock markets ,even a fraction of Second DOES matter.
If the problem exists for longer duration ,then ZERODHA should announce on
terminal that there is some problem with ORDERS and ask the investors/traders
are advised not to place orders.Once the ORDER is placed ,there is no way to CANCEL / MODIFY
the order.
