1) I have been trading at zerodha since last thursday, on all days (last six of them, the first time i didnt even know 'backoffice'), i have not received the backoffice update till at least 9 pm (which is supposed to be the last time for expiration days), most of the time 11pm. This is a HUGE disadvantage for any serious trader journalling his trades, the day gets extended by 6 hours for no reason.

2) I had the same software issues on tuesday, having said that, the amibroker charts along with ZT are working excellently for me, the speed being unreal, something i did not expect, so great job. (Even though am in a loss, but thats my fault, the software has been great, barring any further mishaps like tuesday).

3) I have 5L (approx) in my acct, today, i tried to do a trade for 20 lots and got blocked on my last 5 lots due to margin reasons, this last point does not effect me really as i dont lever tht much usually, i was just trying to stretch a move (allowed me 900sh = 18 lots), i understand 25k 30 k and all that, but intraday do we nor get 12k or 13k margin? Or am i neglecting a choice to click?

About backoffice, there must be something you are missing, it was all done by 6.30 and contract note sent by 7.

For margins, if you need additional margin, use product type as MIS while placing trades.

Really so? Are you so innocent to not able to guess this? Does one now need to give his Traderji ID as well with email! Check again, it is now your turn to reply to my email. I am not satisfied with your executives' explanation.

And it is better to explain such 'confusing' matters in writing, instead over phone - and giving two different versions there too.

One executive who called me got pissed off when I raised the possibility of system error. Then if you do not mind can I post 'whatever' material I have here?
Punter, we receive around 500 emails everyday, it would be easier if you PM(personal message me on traderji) me your email ID or client id or name or anything that can help me get to your email. I went through over 100 email and couldn't find yours.

I have even tried searching by the words you have used on the post, unless I know what the email you sent was, how can I know what the issue you faced was.

The P&l reports are showing the figures in a different format(incomplete...) as compared to earlier reports. Any updates on this issue ? it has been abt 10 odd days since i first brought this problem up. regards
Working on improving all the reporting,

Will try to figure out why the format has changed and get back to u..

Oh, got the ''message'' you are trying to convey. Kindly look for the email with this subject: "Urgent: Erroneous (fake) Order Entry And Resultant Loss". I am sure you will find it unless...... Let it be :)

PS: whatever solution we reach in the end, my trust has been broken. I will be more vigilant with you from now on & possibly look for alternatives (and I know you don't care about this).

Guys,

This is not a uniform case, we are trying to figure out if this issue is across a service provider or something like that..

We are checking this out, guess you would also receive a call to double check your systems from our side.

Also guys new version is out on the website, should be faster as we have removed a lot of unwanted buttons, 100.11

Do go ahead and download it..
1) I am presently using the 3.10.57.97.7 version, is it mandatory to change to the new version 100.11?
2) If I have to change to new version, do I need to uninstall the previous version?
3) And what about Nest Plus, do I need to change the plus version also? If yes what is the link to download the plus version for 100.11?

I guess if I change to new version I would again have to set my market watch, download scrips and so on

I have been trading in zerodha for 2 years.cash holdings are not appearing during day time or even off market hours.then I need to go to back office which needs internet explorer as a browser.the hard fact is when we have other browsers for better security reasons etc. this hardship is a real problem.pl.try to fix or enlighten me what is the way to know the existing holdings in zerodha platform.
