Guys,

This is not a uniform case, we are trying to figure out if this issue is across a service provider or something like that..

We are checking this out, guess you would also receive a call to double check your systems from our side.

Also guys new version is out on the website, should be faster as we have removed a lot of unwanted buttons, 100.11

Do go ahead and download it..
I am using Nest Trader 3.10.57.97.7
Kindly give details of new version. what is the process of installing new version.
Should we reinstall plus also
What are the improvements in new version???
Thanks.

Punter,

Can you PM me your client ID, have been searching for your email on our inbox, can't seem to find it.

I will be able to better answer your question on loss because of system, if I can see what was the issue.

It is a general query. Will benefit all if you spell out it openly. No problem if there is no such "client protection policy". Here even insurance companies leave you in the lurch. :D

Scenario: A broker's system, RMS or whatever has suddenly gone bonkers resulting in losses for clients or a single client. In such kind of situation who will foot the bill and should foot the bill according to you? Tell this frankly. :)

Thanks

Hi,
Zerodha,

Your this latest Version of Zerodha Trader V3.10.57.100.11 is really little faster on 64bit OS. :thumb:

Just a little suggestion:

If we can use the 'Separator' multiple times between groups of columns in our market watch it would be more helpful for our eyes.
Presently we can use it only once. Is there any way to use it multiple times? :)

It would be also very helpful if we can change the back ground colors of particular columns in market watch like we can do in Excel. We can more easily pick the particular data using columns colors during fast market movements.

Thank you very much & best wishes.
Cheers.

Zerodha updated its software just after my complaints!! There must be some serious bug. :D

Depends on the bank,

If you place any request after 7pm on friday it will be processes on monday evening only..

If there is a technological glitch causing in profits or losses, it would be on the trader, it is the same way with every online brokerage in the world.

I guess the account opening document mandated by the exchange has this in the risk disclosure document, saying the trader understands all risks that come by trading online.
