Thanks. Just received mine. Time to email Zerodha now. In the meanwhile I went through the back-office reports; they corroborated what I have said here. I quickly took screenshots of them also. But there were some reports also which were totally off tangent. Bizarre numbers in some of these reports there further give credence to this view that they are facing some sort of issue...

Anyway, why is Zerodha conspicuous by its absence today?

order book is getting on my nerves some days.

if I place a couple of orders in the morning, then I either reconcile/logoff and login again, the previous couple of orders are gone.. I cannot see them in the order book again. is this the same for everyone or only for me ?

I have faced the same problem. To cross check, I always go to nowonline.in. All the orders are displayed there

Still better than the order book showing the order you never placed! :)

in upcoming your new zerodha software , pls introduce one popup message if software disconnect from server.
if software disconnect from server,,, it immediately shows an popup message like "you have disconnected from server, pls reconnect".

now in nest trader this is main problem..

When disconnected I do get a pop up message in nest trader.
 
Recently have seen this trend emerge with Zerodha. Earlier the trade and margin emails used to come before 7:00 PM. But since last 2-3 months have been getting them well after 9:00 PM. Don't know what is the cause of this??

It is not because of Ztrader, something in their system has gone haywire. You were among the lucky few whose problem got solved by logging off, my case is different. And I am sure this has happened with many people here. Anyway, my email with all the screenshots is ready, will send it once I receive the contract notes.

More disappointing thing in this is you rely on customer care in such kind of situation to "bail you out". Sadly, they further lead me into believing that the ''system generated erroneous trades'' I am seeing is real! Done by me! Pushing a guy over the cliff.... If I post screenshots, Zerodha's unique ''reliability factor'' will go for a toss.

This is not a uniform case, we are trying to figure out if this issue is across a service provider or something like that..

We are checking this out, guess you would also receive a call to double check your systems from our side.

Also guys new version is out on the website, should be faster as we have removed a lot of unwanted buttons, 100.11

Do go ahead and download it..
