Earlier most of the posts in zerodha thread used to be appreciating them, nd i had fun reading them too. Over the past few days, this thread is being flooded with complaints. I hope zerodha too observed the change. As a wellwisher, i would like to see zerodha act on that front and keepup their reputation, rather than giving the same reply "system is erronous" or "its not a uniform problem" "please mail to so and so". Infact i have mailed zerodha with an important issue at 9:22 AM today, and its 11:03 AM as i type this, still didnt get a reply. I dont hav a problem if this mail is nt replied for another 2 hrs too, as it is not critical to todays trading. But the thought that "if the same delay happened with order placement query, what will be my plight". I cannot resist but remind that a couple of months ago with the same delay in replying to mail and answering phone regarding order placing struck, i lost 80000 rupees. Yet i stay loyal to zerodha because mistakes do happen with everyone and that was the first time. I cursed my bad fate nd let it go. But, over the past couple of months, this has become a constant practice and many ppl here started complaining. I dont know whether to assume that zerodha has lost its interest in service or its just small mistakes on their part each day.
@Zerodha do not take it hard, i just pointed out the change i have observed. I believe in you and have full confidence in ur service, but some issues are decreasing the reliability factor in you.
When i wanted to enquire about zerodha associate, i got calls anfd mails from you in seconds, but when it comes to issues, multiple mails and long waiting times on phone arent even being acknowledged. I see a change in focus from your side.
