hi zerodha,

in upcoming your new zerodha software , pls introduce one popup message if software disconnect from server.
if software disconnect from server,,, it immediately shows an popup message like "you have disconnected from server, pls reconnect".

now in nest trader this is main problem..

Recently have seen this trend emerge with Zerodha. Earlier the trade and margin emails used to come before 7:00 PM. But since last 2-3 months have been getting them well after 9:00 PM. Don't know what is the cause of this??

Usually on expiry days, last thursday or 3rd friday of the month for global indices, the exchange files come out pretty late and hence the delay. But usually the daily process is done before 7pm.

Earlier most of the posts in zerodha thread used to be appreciating them, nd i had fun reading them too. Over the past few days, this thread is being flooded with complaints. I hope zerodha too observed the change. As a wellwisher, i would like to see zerodha act on that front and keepup their reputation, rather than giving the same reply "system is erronous" or "its not a uniform problem" "please mail to so and so". Infact i have mailed zerodha with an important issue at 9:22 AM today, and its 11:03 AM as i type this, still didnt get a reply. I dont hav a problem if this mail is nt replied for another 2 hrs too, as it is not critical to todays trading. But the thought that "if the same delay happened with order placement query, what will be my plight". I cannot resist but remind that a couple of months ago with the same delay in replying to mail and answering phone regarding order placing struck, i lost 80000 rupees. Yet i stay loyal to zerodha because mistakes do happen with everyone and that was the first time. I cursed my bad fate nd let it go. But, over the past couple of months, this has become a constant practice and many ppl here started complaining. I dont know whether to assume that zerodha has lost its interest in service or its just small mistakes on their part each day.

@Zerodha do not take it hard, i just pointed out the change i have observed. I believe in you and have full confidence in ur service, but some issues are decreasing the reliability factor in you.



When i wanted to enquire about zerodha associate, i got calls anfd mails from you in seconds, but when it comes to issues, multiple mails and long waiting times on phone arent even being acknowledged. I see a change in focus from your side.

Is this the email on automation?? usually there are a few people who handle these queries and these things can sometimes take a little longer.

That said, taking your feedback positively and hopefully we have those thank you's again..

This is not a uniform case, we are trying to figure out if this issue is across a service provider or something like that..

We are checking this out, guess you would also receive a call to double check your systems from our side.

Also guys new version is out on the website, should be faster as we have removed a lot of unwanted buttons, 100.11

You have always spelt out all your policies clearly. Low brokerage, fairness, reliability etc. were/are your mantras. So can you tell "frankly'' for your client benefit, who will bear the loss in case the loss happens because of some error in your system?

Can you PM me your client ID, have been searching for your email on our inbox, can't seem to find it.

I will be able to better answer your question on loss because of system, if I can see what was the issue.
