Im not stupid, you get me, im looking in backoffice, just like you told me last friday, AND NO, its not done on time, ever, i will call in tonite at 6.30 pm, f.uck an email

Sure do check this out on BO, the emails to receive might take time because the email servers takes 2 to 3 hours to send all the margin statements and contract notes.

I'd also suggest you to subscribe to the SMS service, we will send out an SMS as soon as the process is done with your daily trade details...

I downloaded and installed the 100.11 version. But there is an issue. In option type only E is coming, and this E is PE, as I am unable to insert any Call Options into MW. See the image below. I am using windows xp SP3

Guess it should be showing correctly now, on the weekends the servers are usually in maintenance and things behave differently then.

this is something strange. at the maximum, I get my contract notes before 8 and my back office is updated way before that, say 7 or so. better take it up with them once today after market. no need to swear here in the forum buddy.

NO online firm in the world provides you details 10 hours later, if u cannot see this and wanna brush me off thats fine, you say the process is done by 6.30, that means backoffice should be done by 9.30 pm correct?

FACT is this, either YOU or ME is saying the WRONG incorrect thing, who is it???

ill cl u at 6.30 pm, you can tell me when to expect the backoffice update


or you can tell me right now ..... "What time shall i check the backoffice sir?".

That is exactly what I am trying to say, we are getting this process done by 6.30 to 7, expiry days are an exception. There are a bunch of our clients who trade and are on traderji and I am sure everyone will vouch for that.

Backoffice process is done at same time for everyone,

When you call today, can you ask for either Venu or Hanan, I will keep them posted on this... Can figure out why you are seeing the day reports so late in the night, when ideally it should not be so..
