Nest Plus plugin not working in new Zerodha Trader Nest 3.14.4

I wrote to support.zerodha.com wherein I was asked to rollback to Nest 3.11, which I do not want to do as the previous versions had many other issues including latency.

And for but obvious "TECHNICAL REASONS" I do not want put my orders through Pi or Kite.

To add to the dilemma, they also unlisted my post at tradingqna (Link).

Honestly, Zerodha has now truly lost its simple sense of responsibility.

Seen at a friend's place, Upstox is providing Nest 3.15.1 and Nest Plus plugin is working seamlessly there.

Zerodha - Are you in the game?

Any solution would immensely help. Thank you!

I am still using Nest 3.11 and it works fine, even the charts are ok. But I use Kite for charting and Nest for trading. First log in to Kite and then Ztrader.
 
With 3.11 during Market Hours I have to close Nest multiple times in order to load Nest+ plugin. However, once loaded, it works fine. But the same saga occurs most of the time, as if the Nest+ plugin has its own mind and its own mercy upon which it would load. To add, in 3.11, even after I log out - the Nest Application gets stuck, so, need to kill the Nest process from Task Manager. Not a good experience!

To my observation, these petty issues gets resolved in Nest 3.14 and above. But our dear Zerodha has not yet taken Nest Plus into account for its new Nest 3.14 version.

Clearly, in this case the time delay between "User logged in successfully" and NEST sending prelogin request to NESTPLUS PLUGIN for the plugin to load is 32 seconds, which may vary between 25 to 45 seconds depending on other background processes.

But in its predecessor version, this time difference fluctuates from 40s to 120s to few hours to never for that day.

I even re-formatted my PC for this issue, thinking other Windows processes causing hindrances but 3.11 never worked smoothly for me and I don’t want to rollover.

Maybe if you logout and re-login.
Sometimes this happens if you have logged in before 9am
I logged in at 9.10 approx. But your tip seemed to work. This issue was reported to Z and supposed to have been fixed in Kite3 .. but now it seems Kite3 has come along with the bugs of the previous version with only cosmetic changes :)

now they have grown .... who cares about the customers (loosers) who are the reason behind it.

the attitude is very evident.

why are we even checking this thread.
 
Now-a-days Zerodha is like Irrfan Khan Ads - Lena hai to lo, varna foot lo! :D

We've stopped support for NEST Plus beyond version 3.11. However, since you're already using it, please PM us your client ID. Will have someone call you and have this fixed.

P.S. If you are a programmer, you can check out Kite Connect as a more flexible alternative.

Now, I have just 1 more issue with them - Bill for call-n-trade charges. It's not urgent as yet, but we are going to need it for our accounts. We pay the call-n-trade charges, then we also pay GST on it. Legally we are entitled to a bill for the same, not just a ledger entry, that too in their ledger.
While emailing an invoice for each charge may not be feasible, we're working on a solution where you'll be able to download these invoices whenever needed. Saw your post a couple of days ago but refrained from responding until we decided to make this happen.
