I think our settings will be saved in the server. (Not sure)

You can delete reg file and that shouldn't make any difference in your settings.
Yes some settings like market watch are saved in server . I think some others l ayout etc ) are not.
Anyway, i had another crash so removed reg entries. Hopefully will work ok tomorrow.

Zerodha Trader hanging today. No market watch update. INT and BRD are Green. I want to install new version of ZT on another drive. should i uninstall the current version? thanks

ZT is actually more stable than NOW, because we run both of them simultaneously and can gauge the performance better.

Can you send your client id to [email protected], let us figure out what is bringing the performance down. Seems to be working ok for us.
Zerodha,

I have been very patient for months now tolerating the unstable ZT.

Today again , i was unable to place orders and view admin positions. Now this is happening a lot these days.

How can you claim that ZT is stable?.

How can one be so careless in providing a software especially when its related to finance or has to deal with money.
Does omnesys do any kind of testing before releasing ZT? I m shocked.

ZT has been out for more than a year(at least for me, i don't know how long its been actually out there) and yet it is not stable.

I do not ask for a fancy trading terminal. Just simple basic things to work properly & consistently.

Note you are lucky in you are not in the software industry, i would be crucified if i had use the sentence 'seems to be working' or something along those lines.

But i guess it doesn't matter since we are all retails traders.....

Zerodha new website is also not much impressive. what a user looks for is simple straight forward things from Zerodha.
