ZT is completely unstable.. as simple as that. after 2 weeks gap, i started trading and today I had to reconcile and restart for atleast 10 times till now. and while we close it, it doesn't close properly 9 out of 10 times. comeon zerodha. Migrating to NOW may be the only option available now.

I agree.I'm fed up with this too. And called zerodha 3 times in this week but all they do is some clean up adjusting and bull$###!7. @ ZERODHA, its super frustrating. Do something.

If this was a problem across, I would have agreed, Can you email your client id to [email protected] , let us look at it and see if there is something out of place..

There has been no problems as such today.

I hope you can now see that i m not the only one facing these sames issues.

Zerodha, you have to admit that there are issues , otherwise you cannot fix them.

they respond on time, which I always appreciate. but if the problem is always persisting, whats the point in responding 100 times on time.

sure. as a trader or investor what we need is no fancy items. simple and stable terminal which works for what it is meant for.

Zerodha new website is also not much impressive. what a user looks for is simple straight forward things from Zerodha.

In my case it was my BSNL broadband was the culprit:annoyed:. I put my laptop on another connection, it is working fine.

so all who have problem with ZT kindly check the internet connection please.

My internet is super speedy that the zerodha emp also said. 15 mbps dwnload nd upload. Everything works great so the problem is neither netspeed nor computer. .itz only and only with ZT.

Manish, are you using BSNL? There is some issue for people who are using BSNL...

I m using Airtel and it's stable.

I don't think the issue is with internet connection. Every other internet based application works fine when ZT is having issues.

Even if the internet connection is bad or doesn't work. ZT should handle it.
This only show how poorly designed and developed ZT is..

I am just using a 2g connection through USB Plug in Modem but ZT (new version) is running fine. Even everytime logout is also smooth (earlier it was hanging while logging out). I think some issue with your installation. The zerodha tech team had asked me to delete some files of earlier installation, after that it is working fine. So consult their tech team.
