1. I have Rs. 1021.21 outstanding with IL&FS as AMC. If I transfer funds to my Zerodha trading account for intra day trading, will you allow IL&FS to debit the said Rs. 1021.21 without my permission?

2. If you may know, can I convert this demat into BSDA demat and request for AMC waiver ?
I have not done a single transaction for over 2 years both at Zerodha & IL&FS
IL&FS can't debit AMC from your trading account without your permission. If you authorize it, we debit, if you don't we can't.

Will find out if it can be converted to BSDA.

Still im not fully clear with the power of attorney thing. Others members n zerodha kindly explain me here in simple words probably with a example :)

Yes if you are holding on 20th is all that matters, after that you can sell any day you want. Give me 10 mins, will get our DP person to call and explain it to you.

Guys,

The issues that are being put here is not general, but specific. It will help if you can shoot an email to [email protected] , we will get in touch immediately and can then troubleshoot the problem, if there is any. Today, we haven't received even one email from morning about any issue about ZT.

So guys, do send out a quick note, so we can fix, if there is any issue as such.

Cheers,
why don't you put up a list of email addresses to be contacted for specific problems.

Example

fund transfer = [email protected]
terminal = [email protected]

most of the issues i faced with ZT was related to Internet Connection(bsnl broadband wired). earlier I also thought NOW faster and reliable. But after i took BSNL WiMax ZT is functioning with out any issue. I conclude that good internet connection a must for ZT.:)
I have MNTL triband (wired). Never faced problems with it when its connected.
Even if we assume its somehow related to it (latency?), i think ZT login should be more resilent. Dont face any problem now post login.
