Hi,

2 questions.

1) I can see a link to 60 day challenge in backoffice, Has it become a all year event ?

2) I claimed for a refund 3 days back, when could i get it.

Regards

I am not getting it, a broker is supposed to make money through brokerage, anyone not charging a brokerage for such prolonged periods of time, raises a doubt on the business model of the broker, Or is it that main revenew generator is transaction fess and not Rs 20 brokerage charge. I am not complaining , i just want you to remain profitable in your business in the long run.

You will know the reason why hopefully by the end of this year.. :) , The challenge will be a continuous feature, but the brokerage refund is probably good only till the end of this year.

On an average we have refunded between 10 to 15% of the clients have been break even to profitable. As you know we don't advertise, usually company's run at an advertising budget of 10 to 15%. So we are presently looking at this as our advertising budget.. :)

Cheers,

hi zerodha,

In Nse market intraday, we can trade upto 3.15pm or 3.20pm??
"MIS" will squareoff at what time ????
"MIS" will squareoff daily without fail..?, if its not squareoff due to technical issue, what happen to scrips.. (i faced this problem in NSE NOW software before 3 or 4 months, its not squared off, so next day i sold this scrip with loss).. Zerodha Nesttrade will squareoff 100% without fail ??

pls clarify sir,

thanks

Zerodha is one of the cheapest brokerage in India. For trading in penny stocks it's brokerage plan is better than any other broker in India or may be in the world for retail traders. Zerodha's costermer service is good. Chandu & Sachin are the diamonds of Zerodha. Basket order & cover order are very useful features of ZT i.e. zerodha's latest trading platform- NEST. 60 days challenge which promises to give brokerage refund to winners will help us to innovate new profitable strategies with low risk.
