Zerodha - Number One Discount Broker in India

they also told me to reconcile or relogin after loggin out
but thats a horrible solution and causes waste of time
i think its some problem @ their end rather than of our connections
Logging out? That too is a problem since forever. 80% of the time application has to be closed from Task manager. I get my Amibroker feed from the trading terminal. So restarting terminal means breaking that data feed and doing backfill. That means each terminal restart costs me upto 10 minutes of my time. Luckily, I have been just paper trading for last few weeks so I have faced this issue only once in November. Zerodha didnt even refund me the extra brokerage they charged for the multiple orders that I had placed because of this problem:lol:

@ Zerodha
this problem is not due to internet disconnections. I am facing the same issue and i am on a 10mbits highly stable vdsl line. I have logs to prove the internet never disconnected when this problem happened. Instead of putting the blame on the internet and other factors maybe you could check the issue at your end. This is simply unacceptable.
Also reconciling does not retrieve the orders or update the positions. The only option is to logout and login back.
The low brokerage is of no use if there are going to be problems with order placement. Customers would rather pay 3x the brokerage and have their orders executed !

Dear Zerodha,

In brokerage calculator for currency futures there is option to choose either NSE or MCX-SX exchange but brokerage for both exchange is exactly same.
Then what really is the difference in trading at NSE or MCX ? :)

Guys,

This is not a uniform issue, happening only with certain Internet service providers only, what would help is if you guys can send an email to [email protected] with your client ID, it will be a lot easier to fix this.

This has nothing to do with server utilization, we are running at less than 60% utilization..
