Posting on traderji, won't help us, because we can't figure out the client ID's and there were only 2 people who had complained about it from the over 10,000 active clients at Zerodha to either india or [email protected][/B].

That is simply bcz.....many like me are sure that you cant & wont do any thing.

It is the next big step for us, it is tough to move things fast in our regulatory environment, but hoping that sooner than later..

On first look, Z5 seems good enough for ordering to me. Seems to have everything i need in 1 screen without the clunky interface of NEST.

Questions -
1. Can we set the default order type? Its always Market. Quantity too. I tried to search but didnt find it.
2. Does it timeout? Say i am looking at charts with browser minimized.
3. Does it have keyboard shortcuts? F1/F2 didnt work

That is simply bcz.....many like me are sure that you cant & wont do any thing.

We have only two choices to Stop Trading or Quit You.....

Assuming this is a rare issue, i think people should give them a chance to diagnose the issue. It will be hard for the devs to fix something that they dont get when they test it.

I have been trading since 8 yrs. Have used Religare Race Pro, India Bulls PIB. Never had any issues either with Inter Net or with Software. Even now I am using ODIN and Zerodha Trader. ODIN never has any problems. FYI it is 15yrs old product. According to current generation it is junk.

It is high time Zerodha should stop blaming others for their inefficiencies.

Barring low brokerage, there is no fun in using Zerodha. How Long we grit our teeth and bear this crap, God Knows.

I experienced the same problem today around 9.20am.But it is the first time for me and i hope it will not occur in future.By the way,my other terminal TT was working nicely.Zerodha,please look into this matter seriously.

Its high time zerodha looks into such issues.. This week I had this issue 3 days..
I'm getting tensed because of this issue to know my order is executed or not. This is really frustrating.
Please note that in this high competition world, it wont take much time to change the broker.

Let's hope Nest holds up on gap down at 9:15 on Monday for people to get in or get out. If the order book or prices do not update, Zerodha will be getting a lot more emails.
