Sir I am also facing this problem of disconnection, I have already sent an email to zerodha but still the problem is not rectified.
When i want to see data table to see quotes zt hangs and takes at least a minute to display data table.
During this time datafeed stops and I have to backfill again to amibroker.
I have removed all scrips from marketwatch and have only 1 script still it is the same.
Please kindly look into this issue.

A mail was sent to you yesterday in context of account opening.no reply is forthcoming as yet. I dont want to jump the gun in attributing this to any inefficiency but it definately is disconcerting.

Can you let me know which email Id it was sent to? Can you forward a copy of the email to [email protected] and I'll get it checked right away..
 
Bro,

First email already sent on 13th August and second email sent just today. In reply to my email above, he replied that within a week the payment will reach in bank account because they are paying batch-wise .........

Lets see when now it comes .......

PS : This payment was for my nephew and NOT me ........

I have sent an email from my nephew's email ID, and it is to inform you that on 13th August, he wrote that within a week the payment should arrive in account, because of batch-wise payments, and today (just 5 minutes ago) I wrote him again ........ lets see when it is done .......

I have been trying since 8.45 am .... it says the recorded message we are open from 8.30 AM to 8.30 PM ....

please tell someone to pick up the phone !

Today market is closed, may be that's why nobody picking up the phone
