Send mail to [email protected] to activate it, they ll do it. Even I did the same and it started working

The "Link to Excel" service is free and easily available for all our clients... If you had problems using it, you just had to write to us on [email protected] or call our support number 08040402020.

Maybe it was easier to open a new account with another broker than send us an email?

Hello Zerodha,

I have purchased some Caplin Point Lab Shares in delivery basis on 3rd March and 7th March 2014,
but those are not reflected in my Depository Account. I have already registered a ticket (support request #616042) on 10th March, but the issue is still not resolved instead of some false promises provided by customer representative.

So please look into this matter.
