NestPlus Historical not working since morning, I was told over phone it will take time to set-right.

It has actually gone down, 550/600 is including upfront AMC (Rs 400) for 1year

So it is 150/200

I have written to your support the following things. But I could get proper answers.
1) BO login is problem in morning times. Even at 6:15 AM IST, I could not login. Further msg shown in the page says login id/password not matching. If I can login after sometime with same login id and password, then why I could not log on at that time. I felt most probably your server amy be busy or some body is working to improve BO. Then msg should convey that not user id/password is not correct.
2) days final settlement figure shown in contract note does not match with legder. Though it is paise, I think it should be taken care of to match with ledger.
For both these queries I received the answer as follows. How relevent answers are one can see.

Thank you for writing to Zerodha with your query to back office login. When you’re logging in with your id &password the user id will be same as your trading login id, but password will be different from the trading password, so if you are entering the wrong password it will give you an error


Every exchange requires a separate margin statement and if you have been trading on all exchanges, you'll receive a statement for all. A margin statement for a particular exchange will have all the segments included. Important points to remember while analyzing the Margin Statement :
T Day Credits are not considered for the purpose of margin reporting.
T Day Debits are considered on the same day.
T Day Credit for Equity is realized on T+2
T Day Credit for F&O is realized on T+1

last time I have seen P/L reports are messed up. Did you fixed it ?
