Zerodha - Number One Discount Broker in India

Urgent.. Not able to modify/cancel the orders in Nest.

On modifying, I am getting the following error :



Getting a busy tone on phone.

Logged out of Nest (had to use the task manager), relogged in..saw that the orders were cancelled..

I am not able to open charts today.
As soon as I click for Intraday chart, Nest (ZT) is automatically shutting down.

Zerodha everyday getting something new error which is affecting my account.
Please do something or I have to shift very soon.

Which version of Nest Plus are you using ? check it under "Tools" --> "Nest auto plug-ins" menu.



Also, which version of nest trader ?
 
Nest Plus is showing 2.9.0.0
Nest Trader is 3.11.2
So you need to upgrade it. My advice would be, call them, give them access through teamviewer and let them do it. It requires some files overwrite etc. which can be confusing. Better to spend 15-20 minutes and let their executive do it. That's what I did yesterday and it saved me a lot of heartburn.
