We map only those to state wise dealers if they ask us to, otherwise they are not. Also most support centers we have focus on sales activity rather than dealing, 95% of dealing happens at our head office.

We also have an auto check where we call every client who trades using dealers in our support centers to see if they are happy with service or not.

Most important thing is that no one at Zerodha has a brokerage target, so no one is pushed to get a client trade...

After completing two 60 day challeneges, and already 15 days done in the third one -
1. Still waiting for physical copy of the certificate of first challenge
2. Waiting for brokerage refund of second challenge (claimed through backoffice and sent a mail too. Reply was that it will be done in 1 week. Almost 3 weeks over now)
3.Will we again get a certificate for the second challenge? What about the third - if completed successfully?

I would request you to give a tentative date for brokerage refunds/ certificate delivery etc. and then maintain it. It is always better to under commit and over deliver, than vice versa.

@ zerodha,

why is volume different in nest plus data table (backfill through utility) and in Mkt watch in commodities. It is a strange fact that MCX volumes are lots in the market watch, but weights in the backfill data. Since the CrudeOil lot size is 100, the market watch volumes will be 1/100 of the backfill volumes. But ODIN does not have this problem. So please communicate with omnesys and solve this problem asap
