I have a very important question and thats why waiting for opening account as well. Recently you have introduced state wise dealers in Ahemadabad etc.
When I was with very Reputed Brokerage house, their company policies were clear but on delaer level, they used to monitor trades of genious traders and used to give their clients tips. But this is clearly against PRIVACY and sanctity of business.
How are you preventing such practises at lower levels such as contact persons in other state? Can they watch/monitor the trades of your clients?

We map only those to state wise dealers if they ask us to, otherwise they are not. Also most support centers we have focus on sales activity rather than dealing, 95% of dealing happens at our head office.
We also have an auto check where we call every client who trades using dealers in our support centers to see if they are happy with service or not.
Most important thing is that no one at Zerodha has a brokerage target, so no one is pushed to get a client trade...

Can anyone tell me few things about this useless software called ZT or NEST trader?
1)The cash balance/margin which is showing during market hours is so horrible.It isn't matching with anything.
2)I am unable to find my previous order history using ZT or NEST trader.Can anyone help me in this regard
3)If we are using option trading using web platform,we see that option is MIS by default whereas in NEST trader ,it is NRML.I want NRML by default in web platform.Ca anyone suggest?
4)The data doesn't get updated properly when used on web platform.Is the problem same for everyone?
5)The charting seems to be very poor.I can not filter it using date and time..Any help regarding this?
6)I applied for DMAT and got only NSE.What about BSE?
I have icicidirect and sharekhan but I never faced so many issues with them.I donno whether going for Zerodha was a good option!!!!

I guess the issue is getting used to a new platform, send us your client id to [email protected], will get someone to call back and give a demo.
